Oven Baked Whole Chicken With Cripsy Skin



I don’t know about you but unless my baked chicken has crispy skin, I don’t want it. I mean, who wants to eat flabby chicken skin. Yuck!
If you shake on with me, then listed below is the best oven baked whole chicken recipe with exceptionally crisp skin. This recipe is for a 4 pound whole chicken.
There are four important steps we will be taking in order to get this recipe right.
• The chicken will cook at a higher heat than usual. 475 degrees F.
• We will poke holes in the skin of the chicken and coat it with a piquancy / corn push assortment. This will help the skin to become seemly and crispy.
