Move over lawyer - idiotic Americans, South Africans are slowly cottoning on to the actuality that they have legal rights. In recent years, more and more South Africans are opting to sue for damages whether it is for immoral arrest, negligence, paternity fraud or pain and suffering.

It is not only the medical fraternity that has been put unbefitting the microscope; individuals are being lambasted by the law smartly owing to they have not taken the safeguard of adequate liability insurance.
